Bio:
PlasticBag FaceMask started as two boys seeking an escape from the typical and the mainstream. They started recording DIY demos in August of 2008, which soon turned into making DIY full length albums. The main members consist of Patrick Hogan, drummer, co-vocalist, and creator of basic song structure and foundation, and Jacob Lee, guitarist, bassist, co-vocalist, and producer. However, they feel it is important to collaborate with friends and other artists, such as Aaron Nielsen, Colton Sterling, and ex-third member Nathaniel Simmons. A PBFM live show would also be just the two of them, guitar, drums, and vocals. This would make some question the band for being a two-piece in a genre that usually has 4-6, but they value performance, presence, and entertainment in order to make up for the lack of instruments. PlasticBag FaceMask is caught in a battle for being more normal or less normal while not really knowing what normal is in the first place. Nonetheless, they like making music they think is pretty good and fine-tuning their craft as they go.
